Marine Supplies Company seeks a Technical Buyer
Duties are as follow (but not limited):
- Capture data on to Excel spreadsheet
- Capture invoices for both customers & suppliers on Pastel
- Answer calls when necessary
- Admin
Skill needed:
- Good Excel skills – must know simple basic formula (like sum total, basic maths calculation and unit conversion)
- Pastel experience or at least has worked on some accounting / POS software.
- Have experience on buying or selling will be a bonus.
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Can work under pressure. Pressure in our industry as ship chandlers is no joke. Delivery to ships is set on the fix time and date so there is no room for delay.
- Can work as a team.
- NB: need to be able to work on every second Saturdays from 8:00 – 12:00.
Working hours 8:00 – 16:30 and every second Saturday from 8:00 – 12:00.
